Food Plan 121309

Didn't I say before that this month would haul ass? Next week is the week of Xmas. I'm not anywhere near being ready.

Regardless, I'm about ready for this week. I've got the line-up:
  • Tonight: Sirloin Steak with Sweet Bourbon Reduction and pan-fried Italian squash
  • Monday: Baked Dijon Salmon with Homestyle Brown Rice Pilaf
  • Tuesday: Balsamic Lemon Chicken and Roasted Broccoli with Lemon
  • Wednesday: Chesapeake Bay Pork Chops and potatoes of some sort
  • Thursday: Garlic Chicken-Fried Chicken with Green Beans Provencal
  • Friday: leftovers -- or PIZZA!!
The steak I've done before, but I would like to try it again and get a better final image. The salmon, rice pilaf and chicken-fried chicken are hold-overs from last week. The Balsamic Lemon Chicken, Roasted Broccoli, pork chops and Green Beans Provencal are all new to me.

I shopped:
