Oxtail portions of various sizes
I went to the supermercado to pick up a bag of oxtails. Unfortunately, a lot of the pieces were from the pointier end of the tail. Ah well.
I've never had them before, but I'm not creeped out about oxtails. It's beef. And I like me some beef.
