I shredded some of the monterey jack cheese onto one of the two tortillas I'd warmed in a skillet. Then I made a sandwich of the cheese with the tortillas, allowing the cheese to melt and gently browning both sides of the quesadilla.
Definitely not a fan of these tortillas.
