Smoked Cornish Game Hen Half



I was gifted a whole smoked cornish game hen. I cut the smoked hen in half with kitchen shears and warmed it in the oven at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes.


After letting it stand a few minutes, I poked the thigh and hen juice squirted out, trickling down the thigh.


Smoky, spicy, delicious.

I need a smoker.
